SEN. Juan Edgardo Angara yesterday offered a P300,000 reward for any information that may lead to the arrest of the killers of former Aurora board member and Dipaculao Vice Mayor Narciso Amansec, his wife, and driver last Monday afternoon.
“Justice must be served swiftly,” Angara said.
Angara, who hails from Aurora province, condemned the killing of Amansec, wife Merlina, and driver Leonard Calusa who were ambushed by unidentified men at the vicinity of Baler-Casiguran road in Dipaculao town. The victims died on the spot.
