IMUS-IVY Tuason Photography AJAA Spikers notched their second straight win in the Spikers’ Turf Open Conference at the expense of Philippine Air Force Air Men 25-16, 25-16, 25-13 yesterday at the Paco Arena.
The AJAA Spikers were led by Louie Ramirez who produced 16 points, 13 off attacks and three service acess, while Hero Austria added 13 markers, eighth excellent receptions and six digs.
“Ang taas ng tingin ko sa kanila (Air Force), hindi ko akalain na… maybe they lacked practice, medyo nakalamang lang kami kasi nakapag-ensayo na kami ng three days, nagkaroon na kami ng magandang chemistry. Iyong conditioning ng mga bata medyo okay na so at least nakita ko na iyong galaw ng mga players ko,” Imus coach Sammy Acaylar said.
