Big retail stores, restaurant chains and amenities are set to open soon inside the Vermosa Estates in Imus, Cavite.
Landers Superstore Vermosa and the newest Ayala Mall in Vermosa are set to open in the fourth quarter inside the sprawling 700-hectare estates. Food brands like Panda Express, Chow King and Army Navy will join existing food chains McDonalds, Jollibee, Starbucks, Peri Peri Chicken, Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, and Burger King in serving residents and visitors at Vermosa.
Soon, a 1.3-hectare Central Garden with a variety of landscapes and experiences will go up in the area. It will feature a Kids Park, a Calisthenics Park, and a Dog Park that will bring joy to this leisure part of the Estates.
More amenities, like the San Sebastian Church will break ground in 2024. The Playpark for kids and the young at heart will open in the second quarter of 2024.
Located on the Daang Hari corridor and straddling the towns of Imus and Dasmariñas in Cavite, Vermosa is easily accessible from Manila, Makati, Alabang and Tagaytay. Major road networks like Daang Hari Road, SLEX via MCX, Cavitex, CALAX and the upcoming Cavite-Batangas Bypass Road makes it convenient to visit or go home to.
