BATANGAS SORTIE. Senatorial candidate Monsour Del Rosario toured the towns of Taal, San Luis, Lemery and Balayan in Batangas. The former Makati City congressman also visited the market in Cuenca, Batangas to meet and greet with traders and buyers. Del Rosario, who is part of the senatorial slate of Sen. Panfilo Lacson and Senate President Vicente Sotto III’s tandem, is pushing for the establishment of an agricultural council, a special government agency dedicated to the distribution of agricultural benefits.
