Bounty Fresh beefs up retail

Bounty Fresh Group Holdings Inc. is  expanding its retail business by establishing more Chooks To Go rotisserie stalls and Chooks restaurants this year.

At the  launch of a program discouraging the unnecessary use of antibiotics in chicken farms,

Kenneth Cheng, Bounty Fresh Group chief executive officer,  said the company targets to have 1,900  stalls  Chooks to Go rotisserie stores from 1,800  at present and 40 Chooks restaurants from  37.

 

Cheng said the company’s  Food Made Better campaign aims to improve its product line with innovative solutions.

The company said its No Antibiotics Ever chicken technology will help prevent the global threat of antimicrobial resistance that is now considered a serious health problem by the World Health Organization.

Bounty Fresh Group has four major segments catering to production of fresh and cooked poultry products; restaurant chains; value added products such as chicken nuggets; and another segment catering to animal feeds and medicines.
