Mantawi Residences, RLC Residences’ newest development in Cebu, is now ready to showcase its premium condo selection with the recent unveiling of its new showroom at Robinsons Galleria Cebu.
Located at Basement 2 of Robinsons Galleria in Cebu City, the newly-opened Mantawi Residences showroom showcases one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites with loggia equipped with premium deliverables.
Officially marking this new milestone through a ribbon-cutting ceremony were RLC Residences representatives, led by Sales Group head Mac Dang, Cebu Sales Channel head Doj Garcia, brand manager Sam Gadiane, and senior business development officer Isabelle Gutierrez. They were also joined by showroom contractor Germain Maraya-Ang from Germain Maraya-Ang Contracts Corp. along with RLC Residences Cebu sales directors Rhainer Legaspi, Dennies Siongo, Leoniza Aguitong, Federico Pandagani, Eugenio Arcena, and senior broker managers Roxby Lovitos and Phoebe Abellana.
RLC Residences is a four-tower upscale development on a 20,328 square meter (sq.m.) property on Ouano avenue where Cebu City and Mandaue meet.
RLC Residences unveiled Mantawi Residences targets growing professionals of 35 to 45 years of age.
The first tower of Mantawi Residences will have 14 units per floor.
It will comprise 310 one-bedroom units; 148 two-bedroom units measuring 95 to 115 sq.m.; 12 three-bedroom units measuring 138 sq.m. and four penthouse units measuring 207 sq.m.
Units start at P15 million.
Mantawi Residences is near academic institutions, shopping destinations, and hospitals. The area is also currently being modernized to become the main gateway of Cebu City.
One of the key projects in the area is the Department of Environment and Natural Resources’ rehabilitation of the Mahiga River.
The property is also accessible to two progressive cities: Mandaue and Cebu City, and is only five kilometers away from Cebu-Cordova Link Expressway.
