IN a heartwarming display of generosity and community spirit, Mayor Francis Zamora celebrated his 46th birthday by spearheading a Shoe Gift Giving Program in collaboration with CHG Global Inc, the company behind World Balance and EasySoft. The highlight of this initiative was the distribution of more than 1,000 pairs of EasySoft shoes across day care centers run by the local government in various barangays in San Juan.
The mayor, known for his commitment to community welfare, chose to mark his special day by giving back to the people he serves. Teaming up with EasySoft, a Filipino footwear brand, the program aimed to provide waterproof and durable shoes to children ages 4-6 years old, who are also enrolled in daycare centers run by the local government, emphasizing the importance of accessible and quality footwear.
Mayor Zamora, recognized for his hands-on approach to community engagement, personally oversaw the distribution process, together with the President of CHG Global Inc, Barnaby Chong, and the company’s Chairman, Ahan Chong, ensuring that each pair of EasySoft shoes found its way to deserving recipients. Speaking at the event, Barnaby Chong, the President of CHG Global Inc, stated, “We as a company are always looking for ways on how we can help support our fellow countrymen in this community, especially the youth, who are our future.”
Chong further highlighted EasySoft as one of their company’s flagship brands, emphasizing its durability and waterproof features. He mentioned, “EasySoft is our topselling product, especially during the school season.” The collaboration not only added a festive atmosphere to San Juan but also strengthened the bond between the local government and the community.
