DAMOSA Land, a local sustainable real estate developer in the south, has made remarkable strides in property development, achieving three significant milestones across Mindanao in a single month.
These milestones reflect the company’s progress in residential, township, and office space development.
The completion of the first phase of the Clubhouse in Ameria, part of the Agriya township in Panabo, Davao del Norte, was a cause for celebration. Damosa Land demonstrated its commitment to providing a comprehensive living experience for homeowners and potential clients with the launch of new facilities and amenities. This development, along with the upcoming launch of Agriya’s commercial area, enhances the overall quality of life for residents and boosts Ameria’s status as the first premier high-end subdivision in Davao del Norte.
Ameria has reached a remarkable occupancy rate of 95.48 percent with 177 units already sold as of July 2023.
Damosa Land’s Bridgeport Park, a condominium project, marked another milestone with the commencement of construction following the first concrete pouring. With various unit types and ample outdoor recreational spaces, it is set for completion in 2025. As of July 2023, Bridgeport Park has already sold more than half of its inventory.
In partnership with International Workplace Group (IWG), Damosa Land introduced Regus CDO Downtown Tower, a flexible workspace center in Cagayan De Oro City. The 1,136-square meter center, located at the top floor of SM CDO Downtown Tower, is at an impressive 98 percent occupancy rate after a successful launch, providing versatile spaces for businesses and employees.
These achievements demonstrate Damosa Land’s commitment to delivering high-quality real estate projects while positively impacting local communities and the environment.
The company’s president, Ricardo Lagdameo, emphasized the long-term vision of creating sustainable and thoughtfully designed environments to benefit clients and support the region’s growth.
“As we strive for further progress in Mindanao, it is essential that we maintain a strong social awareness of how we can better support our local communities. We are confident that this initiative will not only create more employment opportunities for the Mindanaons but also adapt to the evolving working conditions in the post-pandemic era,” added Lagdameo.
