The recent episode of “CIA with BA,” led by sibling senators Alan Peter and Pia Cayetano and award-winning TV host Boy Abunda showed that love for family is what matters most.
Last August 20, two different cases with different families involved were featured in the program. Roel de Dios complained about his brother Victorino about their rights to a lot of land belonging to their father. The issue became worse because of their exchange of hurtful words and a lack of proper communication.
“‘Di ba minsan, iniisip natin ‘yung pamilya, indestructible, lalo kung very very close kayo ‘no?
Another case they took was of a certain Cecilia, who sought the advice of the lawmaker-hosts about her lot that she used as collateral to be able to bring out her son from the hospital. The amount of the bill she had to pay was over P200,000.
“‘Yun lang naman din ang sasabihin ko – in both cases that we handled – it’s all about love for family. And tayo, what we can do to help families whether it’s from the.. “That’s our goal.
“CIA with BA” continues the legacy of Senator Rene Cayetano, the late father of sibling senators Alan and Pia. It airs every Sunday, 11:30 p.m. on GMA7.
