Federal Land Inc. has unveiled a new corporate showroom and sales office in San Juan City to offer prospective homebuyers an opportunity to see and experience its dynamic portfolio of properties in a single location.
Margarita Saenz-Resurreccion, Federal Land sales head, said the new showroom came at the right time as demand for condominium properties continues to be on the upswing.
“Home seekers are back on the hunt for condominium properties in strategic locations–which is a clear sign that the pandemic is already far behind us. The launch of the new physical showroom of Federal Land is at the top of our agenda to make our offerings more accessible to homebuyers as we move forward with post-pandemic recovery,” Saenz-Resurreccion said.
Federal Land expects sustained growth this year as the residential property market is seen to benefit from some key growth drivers such as the sustained inflow of OFW remittances, improvement of business and consumer confidence, brisk take-up for luxury and extra-luxury projects, and the government’s favorable economic growth prospect of 6 to 7 percent in 2023.
